PowerRoll machines are designed to massage and shape all parts of the body. Infrared heated roller with adjustable speed and heat supply provides massage with elements of acupressure and stimulates lymphatic drainage.
Mechanical pressure of rotating, distinctively-shaped wooden rolls improves blood and lymph circulation, what helps to speed the metabolism up, reduce fat tissue and eliminate waste products.
If applied regularly, body roll massages reduce the volume of body parts, shape the body, firm the skin and breaks up muscle tightness. In line with above mentioned effects it provides one of the most effective methods of fat burning and cellulite reduction.
PowerRoll massage is several times stronger and more effective than regular lymphatic drainage massages. You can use a roller massage machine in different positions to relax muscle tension and to help your body stimulate lymphatic function and expel toxins from the body.
Individual body roll machines are equipped with screens for easy to follow instructions.
One session is 45 minutes during which the machines are set up with 15 x 3 minute positions focusing on different areas and muscle groups according to the principles of lymphatic drainage massage.
We highly recommend to be well hydrated before, during and after the session. We recommend to bring a sipper water bottle or we have water available for purchase. You will need to hydrate afterwards.
You must wear fitted gym/active wear. No zippers or jewelry.
For men we recommend long workout pants and T-shirt and for women long leggings and tight T-shirt. And socks are recommended for hygiene reasons.
PowerRoll Roll feels like an intense and strong massage. "Good pain" is what our regulars say. Expect to feel a little tender in some spots and sometimes bruises (only happens the first few times). A wellness pod session is often recommended if you feel too sore to help reduce inflammation.
Most of our regulars roll once-twice a week for best results, keeping cellulite at bay and faster muscle recovery.

We require a credit card to secure an appointment and payment is only charged at checkout. (Surcharge instore credit card). Cash is available instore however services must be prepaid if you do not have a online account to book. As a small business last minute cancellations and no shows greatly affect us so we have updated our cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled without 12 hrs notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee and if someone fails to arrive for their appointment they will be charged for 100% of the booking.
