We are a BY APPOINTMENT Wellness Studio located in Aeroglen Cairns North. Located just off the Aviation turn off - cook highway.

We require a credit card to secure an appointment and payment is only charged at checkout. (Surcharge instore credit card). Cash is available instore however services must be prepaid if you do not have a online account to book. As a small business last minute cancellations and no shows greatly affect us so we have updated our cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled without 12 hrs notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee and if someone fails to arrive for their appointment they will be charged for 100% of the booking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - CLUB MEMBERSHIP:

NO SIGN UP FEE.
Club Membership will be set up on the website on a weekly/fortinightly basis when you sign up, and the payment will be made on the same day every week.
Memberships are available at a discount off the single casual price.
A minimum commitment of 3 months is required to begin the membership on auto-debit (sign up on fresha).
You cannot pause membership during the first 3 months, but you can pause it afterward (upon completing 3 months) if you are away on holidays or have a health/family emergency.
Bookings
After purchase, you will receive notification from fresha.
Please use fresha to book appointments.
Please note you can directly book on the website - if it says you are required to pay - disregard. Staff will alter at appointment. If outside the amount of sessions you have chosen you can pay the capped price for additional but only for yourself. The booking policy of 12 hours applies to all bookings for cancellation or rescheduling.
You can change the session by informing us beforehand, so you are booked in the correct treatment room.
If you are unable to attend any session due to a last-minute emergency, you are welcome to send a friend or family member to use the session.
If you wish to attend more sessions in a week, you can book them directly with us and pay on checkout.
Missed sessions
Any missed weekly session will not be automatically held on account.
Please inform prior via email/in person/messages if you will be missing a week, so the missed session can be manually added to your account.
All members can accumulate a maximum of 4 weeks' worth of treatment at any given time. For example, once a week equals 4 sessions in total, and twice weekly equals 8 sessions in total.
All accumulated sessions can only be used during active membership and not when paused.
One pause in membership is allowed per calendar year for up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
If you need to pause the membership, inform the staff and mention the date you will resume.

Any and all account sessions accumulated will expire after 6 months.
Cancellation
A 30-day termination notice via email is required to cancel membership after the initial 3 months.
One pause in membership is allowed per calendar year for up to 4 weeks.
If a member fails to contact us within 28 days of pausing their membership with a new re-start date, they will be charged a $99 cancellation fee, and all account sessions will cease.
