Power Roll is a state-of-the-art massage machine that optimises the health of your body through an innovative rolling massage. Coupling infrared heat and colour therapy to a powerfully therapeutic massage, the Power Roll Massager provides healing, toning and lymphatic drainage, all in one. Easing muscular tension and relieving aches and pains, the body roll massager is also an effective cellulite treatment. Effectively reducing the appearance of cellulite, the Power Roll breaks up fat deposits, tightening and toning sagging skin.

In a 45-minute session, you will experience a full-body deep tissue massage by going through a sequence of 15 different positions beginning at your feet and working all the way up to your arms.

How does the

POWER ROLL WORK

The Power Roll Massager has a central spinning drum surrounded by beech wood that is durable and yet pleasant for use on the body. The rollers systematically rotate throughout the user session, making contact with your body. The rollers do not “rub” your skin, nor cause pain. The speed and heat supply of the infrared body roller can be adjusted to suit your preference. The rotation of the wooden rollers applies mechanical pressure that is similar to that of acupressure. Toning and sculpting the body with each turn, the roller improves blood circulation whilst eliminating unnecessary toxins by lymphatic drainage.

INFRARED COLOUR THERAPY

The drum roller radiates Infrared and Colour-spectrum light from powerful LED light sources within the machine. Internal infrared lamps raise your body temperature, speeding up the metabolism, and reducing “orange peel” skin. Colour therapy is another perk that you get from using the PowerRoll. It puts you in a good mood, elevating your energy at the same time as it helps you relax.

Wood Roller Therapy

Much like foam rollers and handheld wooden body rollers, the body receives a strategically pressured roll that can go deep into the muscle tissue, enhancing blood circulation and easing muscular tension as it spins.

Infrared Technology

Another feature of the Body Roll which makes this massage even more compelling is the infrared light technology it houses within the drum rollers. The dry heat assists the massage process and raises your core temperature, simultaneously burning additional calories.

The Power ROLL Session

Clients can book a Power Roll session with 45 or 60 minute time slots available. In this timeframe, 15 different poses are performed. All you have to do is copy the position shown on the touch-screen display. Dependent on the total session time you have booked, you will have 2, 3 or 4 minutes per position to enjoy. You can also customise the rate at which the rollers spin. Beginners usually like a slower pace for their first session. As you get more comfortable with using the Power Roll massager, the speed of the rollers can be increased with ease.

The overall result is a highly-effective way to get yourself looking good and feeling great!

WHAT TO WEAR & EXPECT

We highly recommend to be well hydrated before, during and after the session. We recommend to bring a sipper water bottle or we have water available for purchase. You will finish the session with a chilled glass of refreshing cold tea in or recovery room.

You must wear fitted gym/active wear. No zippers or jewellery.

For men we recommend long workout pants and T-shirt and for women long leggings and tight T-shirt. And socks are recommended for hygiene reasons.

PowerRoll feels like an intense and strong massage but using roller technology. Expect to feel a little tender in some spots and sometimes bruises (only happens the first few times). A cocoon wellness pod session is often recommended if you feel too sore to help reduce inflammation.

Most of our regulars roll once-twice a week for best results, and some do 3 sessions a week for the first month for maximum results.

A towel and your own water bottle is required at appointment - Towel hire and water purchase available.
